Shipping Policy

Where we ship — We ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is free on every order.

When your order ships — Every order ships within 30 days of purchase. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. If we can't ship your order within 30 days, we'll email you right away with the choice to keep waiting or take a full refund.

We don't quote a delivery date we can't stand behind. Until we've shipped enough orders to know a real number, we won't invent one.

Where orders ship from — Our products ship from an overseas warehouse. That's part of how we keep the prices where they are.

Tracking — Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, reach out and we'll chase it down for you.

Wrong address — Double-check your address at checkout. Spotted a mistake? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it. Once an order ships, we can't reroute it.
