30-day guarantee — If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Damaged, defective or wrong item — Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement or refund you in full. No need to return anything.

Order never arrived — If tracking shows your order is lost or stuck for more than 30 days, we'll reship it or refund you in full.

Changed your mind — Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Unused items in original packaging qualify for a refund; return shipping is paid by the customer. We'll confirm the return address with you before you ship anything.

Refund timing — Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Cancellations — Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, before they ship.
